working with beeswax and soap you have to know what
the temperature is at all times. It's not a good idea
to guess at wax temperatures because it is EXTREMELY
flammable.
Take
the guess work out with this easy-to-read face of our
Thermometer. Beeswax melts at 160 degrees and if you
are using this for honey, it should not be heated over
130°. The Thermometer has clips to fasten to the
side of your container and the long 12" probe will
give you good, accurate readings. The thermometer shows
a wide range of temperatures- from 50° to 550°.
